How to take
DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1 VegeCapsule daily. A maximum of 2 VegeCapsules can be taken daily if needed. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
CAUTIONS
Not to be taken during pregnancy or lactation. Always read the label. Take only as directed. Vitamins and minerals are supplementary to and not a replacement for a balanced diet.
